Terms of purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The terms of purchase govern the relationship between the Customer and pavletic-cunj.com in relation to the conditions and method of ordering, product prices, payment method, contract termination and return of goods, delivery, protection of personal data and other issues related to the use of pavletic-cunj.com online shopping.<\/p>\n\n

The terms of purchase apply only in the case of purchases via https:\/\/pavletic-cunj.com, and not when the buyer has purchased products in some other way (such as from a supplier). The buyer can only be an adult natural person with legal capacity and a legal entity. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that you have full legal capacity or that, in accordance with Article 117 of the Family Act, you have acquired full legal capacity by entering into marriage before reaching the age of majority and that you are fully capable of accepting these General Terms. A contract on behalf of and for the account of a minor and a person with legal capacity may be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians, and persons with partial legal capacity only if they are not deprived of the right to dispose of their property and the right to conclude legal transactions. pavletic-cunj.com does not bear any responsibility for actions contrary to these provisions. <\/p>\n\n

Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The highlighted product prices are retail, include the amount of value added tax and are expressed in euros. Prices are subject to change. The highlighted product prices do not include the cost of transportation, delivery or postal services, which are charged additionally. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, pavletic-cunj.com may, at its discretion, offer certain products at prices lower than regular sales prices or with a special discount that is available under the same conditions to all Users or only to a precisely specified group of users. The conditions of special forms of sale, such as the duration of such a sale, limitation of the quantity of goods, the amount of the discount, etc., will be described in detail on the product page. After the expiration of the sale period at prices lower than regular sales prices, pavletic-cunj.com cannot accept orders under the conditions relating to special forms of sale for which the deadline has expired. The order is considered to be completed at the moment the buyer receives the order confirmation with contractual information. pavletic-cunj.com reserves the right not to process an order in cases where processing would result in disproportionate damage, such as in situations where there has been an obvious error in stating the price or when it is not possible to state the stock status in real time due to a large volume of orders. <\/p>\n\n

      Unilateral termination of contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      If you are making a purchase as a natural person – consumer, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the provisions below.<\/p>\n\n

      In order to exercise your right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiry of the period by an unequivocal statement sent by post or e-mail, stating your name and surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached example of the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the notification of unilateral termination of the Agreement, without delay, by e-mail. <\/p>\n\n

      Deadline for unilateral termination pursuant to Art. 79. of the Consumer Protection Act is 14 days, and it starts to run from the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has received the goods that are the subject of the contract. If the consumer\/user has ordered several items of goods that need to be delivered separately in one order, or if the goods are delivered in several items or in several shipments, the period for terminating the contract starts to run from the day when the consumer\/user or a third party designated by the consumer\/user, who is not the carrier, has received the last item or the last shipment of goods. If regular delivery of goods has been agreed over a certain period, the period for terminating the contract starts to run from the day when the consumer\/user or a third party designated by the consumer\/user, who is not the carrier, has received the first item or the first shipment of goods. <\/p>\n\n

      If you unilaterally terminate the Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement, unless you have chosen another type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery that we have offered. The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment, i.e. to the bank account when you made the payment during collection. In the event that you agree to another way of returning the amount paid, you do not bear any costs in relation to the return. <\/p>\n\n

      We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.<\/p>\n\n

      The consumer\/user must return the goods without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which he\/she informed pavletic-cunj.com of his\/her decision to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Article 81 of the Consumer Protection Act. You are deemed to have fulfilled your obligation on time if, before the expiry of the previously specified deadline, you send or hand over the goods to us, or to a person authorized by us to receive the goods. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods yourself in accordance with Article 84, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act. <\/p>\n\n

      Consumer liability for diminished value of goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      The consumer\/user is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n\n

      In accordance with Article 84, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, the decrease in the value of goods that occurs through handling, use, assembly\/disassembly, transformation and other use affects the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. Exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract implies the return of undamaged goods, in their original packaging, except in the case of explicitly stated exceptions. <\/p>\n\n
